为了便于高温潮湿多雨地区和季节性冰冻地区选用合适的水处理方式评价沥青混合料水稳定性,设计制备了3种级配、4种空隙率的 AC-13沥青混合料,通过间接拉伸疲劳试验,研究了不同水作用方式(高温浸水和冻融循环)对它们疲劳性能的影响。试验结果表明,水作用会明显降低沥青混合料的疲劳性能,并且冻融循环的不利影响更为严重;细集料多、空隙率小的沥青混合料的疲劳性能较好,其疲劳寿命对荷载应力也更为敏感。设计和施工时应保证沥青混合料空隙率在4%~5%之间,以降低水作用对沥青混合料疲劳性能的影响程度。同时,评价了水作用对 Superpave级配禁区上下方的沥青混合料疲劳性能的影响,并探讨分析了高温浸水和冻融循环影响不同空隙率的沥青混合料疲劳性能的作用机制。

In order to choose the appropriate water treatment to evaluate water stability of asphalt mixture in the hot humid rainy areas and seasonal frozen regions,asphalt mixture of AC-1 3 including three types of gradations and four types of void ratio were designed.The effects of different types of water intrusion (hot water immersion and freeze-thaw cycle)on their fatigue performance were studied by indirect tensile fatigue test.Test results indicated that water intrusion significantly reduced the fatigue performance of asphalt mixture and the negative impact of the freeze-thaw cycle was more serious.When the asphalt mixture was of more fine aggregate and smaller void ratio its fatigue performance was better and its fatigue life was also more sensitive to load stress.In order to avoid asphalt mixture fatigue perform-ance being affected by water effect,void ratio should be ensured between 4% ~ 5% during the design and construction process.At the same time,the influence of water intrusion on the fatigue performance of asphalt mixture with gradation above and below the Superpave limited zone was evaluated.The impact mechanism of hot water immersion and freeze-thaw cycle on asphalt mixture with different void ratio was analyzed.
