目的：研究小儿支气管肺炎采用双黄连来治疗的效果及用药的安全性。方法从2011年2月～2014年2月间在我院收治的小儿支气管肺炎的80例患者做研究，将其随机分成40例的观察组和40例的对照组，观察组和对照组患者都对其进行相应的止咳、祛痰和抗感染类的药物及护理辅以治疗。观察组在采用这些药物及方法进行治疗的同时，还增设双黄连药物治疗。结果对照组患者的有效治愈率为80．5％，而观察组为95％，在治疗的观察期间，观察组的咳嗽症状的消除时间和体温退烧时间都比对照组要快，且在用药治疗期间没有出现任何不良反应。结论采用双黄连来治疗小儿支气管肺炎的观察组其疗效比对照组较明显，（P＜0．01），值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the safety of children bronchial Pneumonia with Shuanghuanglian effect and medication to treat.
