本研究共设计了4个不同的叶面肥配方,以苎麻中苎1号和多倍体1号为试验材料,通过室内盆栽试验探讨了不同配方叶面肥对苎麻生长及生理特性的影响。结果表明,不同配方叶面肥均能促进苎麻植株的生长及叶片SPAD值、根系活力、根系过氧化物酶( POD)活性等生理特性的提高,且以腐殖酸复合叶面肥效果最好。与对照相比,苎麻叶面施肥后生长加快,长势变旺;3次叶面施肥后,中苎1号叶片SPAD值较对照提高了24.2%~41.0%,多倍体1号提高了12.3%~32.6%;根系活力和过氧化物酶活性明显提高,并达到极显著水平。

In this study , 4 different formulations of foliar fertilizer were designed and the influence of foliar fertilizers on growth and some physiological characteristics of Zhongzhu No.1 and Tri-1 were in-vestigated by the pot experiment.The results showed that all the different formulations of foliar fertilizer could promote the growth and improve the physiological characters , including SPAD values , root activity and POD activity , and the effect of humic acid foliar fertilizer on growth of ramie was the most signifi-cant.Compared with the control , ramie had a more rapid growth after foliage dressing.After foliage dressing 3 times, the leaf SPAD values of Zhongzhu No.1 and Tri-1 increased by 24.2%~41% and 12.3%~32.6%than those of the control respectively.The root activity and POD activity increased sig-nificantly.
