通过对抽水蓄能电站运行方式与运行特性的介绍,分析抽水蓄能机组与常规发电机的不同之处,在此基础上讨论抽水蓄能电站稳控装置与常规稳控装置的不同之处,探讨设计抽水蓄能电站稳控装置需要考虑的一些特殊问题,提出抽水蓄能电站稳控装置应具备的主要功能、使用的主要判据,并分析这些判据为适用抽水蓄能电站的特殊性而进行的改进,最后介绍抽水蓄能电站稳控装置的现场应用情况。

Based on the analysis of the operating mode and characteristic of pumped-storage plant, the differences between the generators of pumped-storage plant and generators of normal power plant are analyzed, the differences between the stability control device for pumped-storage plant and common stability control device are also analyzed in this paper. The special problems for designing the stability control device for pumped-storage plant are investigated. The main functions of the stability control device for pumped-storage plant are proposed. The main criterions adapted to the particularity of pumped-storage plant are also proposed. The application and operation status of the devices are introduced at last.
