随着配网自动化技术的不断升级和智能电网的发展,配网自动化方案要具备自动配电、故障定位、测量、消除暂时性故障和隔离永久性故障、恢复非故障区段供电的功能,并应具有逐步升级功能,最终可达到整个系统完全自动化及远控功能。提出一种基于快速光纤通讯集中处理保护的配电自动化方案,试验及应用证明此方案不需要配电站出口断路器跳闸,大大缩短了非故障线路的停电时间,动作准确可靠;介绍在配电网自动化系统中,如何根据配电网的特点合理设计和配置光纤通信设备。

With the rising of distribution network automation technology and the development of smart grid, the automation scheme is required to provide functions such as automatic power distribution, fault location and measurement, eliminating temporary fault, permanent fault isolation and restoring the function of the fault section power supply. It also should have escalated function , and it can achieve that the whole system is fully automated and remote control function finally. In this paper, a new scheme of power distribution automation was proposed based on fast optical fiber communication which could focus on handling protection, test and application show that this solution does not need sub-station export circuit breaker tripping, greatly shortens the time consumed by non-fault lines,its action is accurate and reliable. In power distribution network automation system, how to design and configure optical fiber communication equipment reasonably according to the characteristics of the distribution network was introduced in this paper.
