随着教育理念的转变、教学资源的紧张以及虚拟技术的发展，医学模拟教育应运而生。尽管模拟教育好处较多，但存在众所周知的不足。另外，作者也发现还有一些需要警惕和避免的问题，例如缺乏真实感，有玩游戏和表演节目的感觉；不能适应复杂的临床情况；对带教人员要求高；模拟考试的结果如何评价等。针对以上问题作者亦提出了相应的改进方法。

With the changes in teaching philosophy ,shortage of teaching resources and the develop-ments of virtual technology ,medical simulation education came into being .Despite the huge benefits of simulation education with a teaching staff but there are lacks of well-known ,and there are some problems need to be vigilant and to be avoided ,such as a lack of realism ;feelings of playing games and showing ;not meeting the complex clinical situation ;high requirements to teaching staff and how to evaluate the results of the mock examinations .etc .To solve the above problems ,the corresponding improving methods is proposed .
