目的:研究和探讨妇科实习不同评估方式及其效果。方法将100名学生分为试验组(形成性评估体系组)和对照组(终结式评估体系)各50名,按不同方式进行实习教学及管理,实习末依据考评成绩分析其实习效果。结果试验组在医患交流、理论知识、妇科操作及临床思维方面的平均成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论形成性评估管理的学生在以上方面的实习效果明显优于终结式评估管理者。

Objective Studied and discussed different teaching assessment methods and their effects in gynecological practice .Method Divided the 100 students into the experimental and control group aver-agely and randomly ,namely the formative assessment system and the terminative evaluation system , and two groups carried out different teaching and management ways of the clinical practicum .After the completion of the internship ,compared the practical effect of the two assessment methods accord-ing to the teaching results . Results The average scores of the experimental group in doctor-patient communication skills ,theoretical knowledge ,gynecology basic operation skills training and clinical thinking were more than the control group ,the difference was statistically significant .Conclusion The students managed by the formative assessment system performed better than those managed by the terminative evaluation system in doctor-patient communication skills ,theoretical knowledge ,gynecol-ogy basic operation skills training and clinical thinking .
