    To improve the students’abilities of application of medical knowledge and humanistic spirits , we summarize the difficulties and problems encountered in the clinical probation of hematology ,And in three aspects-- curriculum design ,probation practice ,consideration ,discuss the way to improve methods of clinical probation of hematology .
