针对当前作者所在医院内科学教学的特点和存在的主要问题，在内科学教学中应用全面质量管理，围绕全面质量管理思想在教学中的以顾客为中心、过程管理这两个要素，探讨这两个要素的操作策略，以期提升教学质量，最终使学生、员工和学校持续发展。

Considering the features and the main problems of internal medicine teaching ,total quality management was used in the process of teaching .Customer-oriented and process-management are two important elements of the idea of total quality management .This paper discussed the operating strate-gies of these two elements in total quality management application ,hope it will assist to the promo-ting of the quality of teaching and the sustainable development of the students ,the faculties and the w hole college .
