影像实验课是医学影像教学的重要组成部分。作者结合目前所在高校影像实践课阅片能力培养的现状和存在问题，介绍了影像实践课体系进行改革所做的一些探索和实践，顺应了从专业教育到素质教育及能力培养教学理念的转变。本文中从基于不同教育层次不同专业，构建“学生为中心”的影像实验教学体系，改革影像实验教学方法与手段，引入PACS结合M IRC教学终端系统，促进学生阅片能力培养；基于学生阅片能力提高的科研能力培养；丰富实验教学内容，延展第二课堂、扩大学生知识面；加强实验课教师自身建设，提高教学素质等方面展开了讨论。

Imaging experiment is an important part of medical imaging ,combination of the status and problems of the reading practice capacity in Imaging experiment ,introduced some exploration and practice effects that have done to medical imaging experiment system reform .Conform to the chan-ging from the professional education to quality education .This article will be from following points to discuss :firstly ,to build a“student-centered”images experimental teaching system between different professions and different levels of education ;then to reform the experimental teaching methods and means ,and to introduce PACS system combination of MIRC teaching terminal system ,which pro-mote the reading practice capacity ;based on reading practice to improve research capacity ;to enrich the teaching content and extend the second class which expand their knowledge ;in addition to strengthen the self-construction of the experimental teachers which improve the quality of teaching .
