Medicine is an experience-based science .There is great difference in the clinical abilities of graduates because of their different graduating university and training course .The updated and opti-mized traditional training methods such as multiple disciplinary rotation ,clinic follow-up , teaching wards round ,examination operation as well as intractable case discussion ,are still play critical role in the clinical capacity education of graduate students .
