针对我国大型医院创新型人才岗位任职需求，紧密结合创新型人才培养的标准，研究构建了创新型高级临床医学人才终身教育体系，以及“三位一体”的高级临床医学人才素质和能力终身培养的新机制。为解决目前医学毕业生岗位胜任能力不够强、在职临床医学人才发展缺乏引导、空间受限等固有问题提供参考。
