目的:回顾性分析320排螺旋CT对冠状动脉-肺动脉瘘的诊断价值。方法收集本院5例冠状动脉CT血管造影(CTA )检查资料,分析320排螺旋CT冠状动脉-肺动脉瘘的显示情况及诊断价值。结果5例冠状动脉CTA中,右冠状动脉分支瘘入肺动脉2例(40.00%),左冠状动脉分支瘘入肺动脉2例(40.00%),两侧冠状动脉分支瘘入肺动脉1例(20.00%)。所有图像通过VR、MIP和CPR等重组图像显示异常血管与肺动脉的关系和位置。结论320排螺旋CT容积成像结合多种重建方法可以显示冠状动脉-肺动脉瘘,可作为该疾病的无创性检查手段。

목적:회고성분석320배라선CT대관상동맥-폐동맥루적진단개치。방법수집본원5례관상동맥CT혈관조영(CTA )검사자료,분석320배라선CT관상동맥-폐동맥루적현시정황급진단개치。결과5례관상동맥CTA중,우관상동맥분지루입폐동맥2례(40.00%),좌관상동맥분지루입폐동맥2례(40.00%),량측관상동맥분지루입폐동맥1례(20.00%)。소유도상통과VR、MIP화CPR등중조도상현시이상혈관여폐동맥적관계화위치。결론320배라선CT용적성상결합다충중건방법가이현시관상동맥-폐동맥루,가작위해질병적무창성검사수단。
Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of coronary_pulmonary fistula by 320 slice spiral CT retrospectively.Methods The data of 5 cases of coronary_pulmonary fistula examination were collected and the diagnostic value of 320 slice spiral CT was ana-lyzed.Results Of the 5 patients with coronary_pulmonary fistula ,there were 2 cases of right coronary artery fistula into the pulmonary artery (40% ) ,2 case of left coronary artery fistula into the pulmonary artery (40% ) ,and 1 case of two branches of coronary artery fistula into the pulmonary artery (20% ).All images show the relationship and position between the abnormal vascular and pulmonary artery by using VR ,MIP and CPR images. Conclusions 320 slice spiral CT volume imaging combined with various reconstruction methods can display the coronary_pulmonary fistula ,and can be used as a non_invasive technique for the disease.
