目的：探讨有氧运动对急性冠脉综合征（ACS ）患者介入术后血清高敏C反应蛋白（hs_CRP ）和基质金属蛋白酶_9（MMP_9）水平的影响。方法选取介入术后2周的急性冠脉综合征患者72例，将其分为常规治疗组和有氧运动＋常规治疗组（有氧运动组）。另选健康成人72例为正常对照组。采用ELISA法测定各组血清hs_CRP和MMP_9水平。结果 ACS患者血清中hs_CRP和MMP_9水平明显高于正常对照组（ P＜0.01），两组治疗4周后hs_CRP和MMP_9水平均较治疗前均明显下降（ P＜0.01）。且两组各项指标比较，有氧运动组降低更显著（ P＜0.05）。结论 ACS患者血清中hs_CRP和MMP_9水平明显升高，而有氧运动能明显降低ACS患者血中hs_CRP和MMP_9水平。
목적：탐토유양운동대급성관맥종합정（ACS ）환자개입술후혈청고민C반응단백（hs_CRP ）화기질금속단백매_9（MMP_9）수평적영향。방법선취개입술후2주적급성관맥종합정환자72례，장기분위상규치료조화유양운동＋상규치료조（유양운동조）。령선건강성인72례위정상대조조。채용ELISA법측정각조혈청hs_CRP화MMP_9수평。결과 ACS환자혈청중hs_CRP화MMP_9수평명현고우정상대조조（ P＜0.01），량조치료4주후hs_CRP화MMP_9수평균교치료전균명현하강（ P＜0.01）。차량조각항지표비교，유양운동조강저경현저（ P＜0.05）。결론 ACS환자혈청중hs_CRP화MMP_9수평명현승고，이유양운동능명현강저ACS환자혈중hs_CRP화MMP_9수평。
Objective To explore the effect of aerobic exercise on serum high_sensitivity C_reactive Protein (hs_CRP) and Matrix Met-allo Proteinases_9 (MMP_9 ) in acute coronary syndrome patients after percutaneous coronary intervention. Methods 72 ACS patients after percutaneous coronary intervention were divided into two groups :regular treatment group and regular treatment plus aerobic exer-cise group.Healthy subjects were chosen as the control group.Levels of hs_CRP and MMP_9 were measured by ELISA.The results were compared.Results The levels of hs_CRP and MMP_9 in ACS patients were significantly higher than those in the control group ( P<0.01).4 weeks after intervention ,the level of hs_CRP and MMP_9 in the treatment group decreased ( P<0.01).Conclusions The level of hs_CRP and MMP_9 increased ,however ,the levels of hs_CRP and MMP_9 in patients with ACS decreased by the help of aerobic exercise.
