运用文献综述、调查研究与质性研究等方法对体能素质“课课练”教学模式的重新提出、理论依据、教学原则、研究方法等问题展开全面论述,对已取得的成果加以总结归纳。研究结果表明,北京市中小学体能素质“课课练”教学模式以素质教育与终身体育思想为指导,主要结合“大课间”开展“课课练”教学活动。
運用文獻綜述、調查研究與質性研究等方法對體能素質“課課練”教學模式的重新提齣、理論依據、教學原則、研究方法等問題展開全麵論述,對已取得的成果加以總結歸納。研究結果錶明,北京市中小學體能素質“課課練”教學模式以素質教育與終身體育思想為指導,主要結閤“大課間”開展“課課練”教學活動。

By the ways of literature review, investigation and qualitative research, the article analyses the re-adoption, theoretical basis, teaching principles and research methods of the teaching model of in-class exercise for physical iftness and summarizes the present research achievements. The result shows that the teaching model of in-class exercise for physical iftness in the primary and secondary schools of Beijing is guided by quality education and the idea of lifetime sports. And the teaching practice of in-class exercise is arranged with"the big class breaks".
