电子政务对于政府效益评估、政务公开、政府组织结构优化具有重要意义，发展电子政务的关键是建设电子政务信息的资源共享系统。文中简要分析了我国电子政务信息资源共享系统建设中存在的问题，并针对这些问题提出相应的解决措施，最后介绍了基于云计算的电子政务信息资源共享系统的建设。

E-government is very important to the government efficiency evaluation,open government,and the govern-ment organization structure optimization.The key of e-government development is to construct e-government information resource sharing system.This article briefly analyzed the problem existing in the construction e-government information re-source sharing system,and aimed at these questions,proposed the corresponding solution measures.Finally it introduced the construction of e-government information resource sharing system based on the cloud computing.
