针对10 kV炼油工艺装置变电所一、二次设备的特点,重点阐述了不同类型高压柜在事故放电初期、事故过程中和事故放电末期三个阶段的直流消耗,列表介绍了规范 IEEEStd485-1997标准中阶梯负荷法的应用,并计算出该炼油装置变电所的直流蓄电池容量。其次,文章还结合实际工程案例,列出了变电所内各类直流负荷设备的实际直流消耗。

In this paper the characteristics of primary and secondary electrical equipment is analyzed in 1 0 kV refinery process plant substation,focusing on the DC consumption of the different types of high voltage switchgear in initial stage of the AC electrical breakdown/during accident/at the end of the AC electrical breakdown.The application of the step load method in the standard IEEEStd485-1997 is explained in detail.The capacity of the DC battery is calculated in this refinery substation.Combining with actual proj ects,the actual DC consumption of the different types of DC electrical equipment is listed in the substations,which has certain reference value.
