新能源产业被认为是全球第三次工业革命的核心，各国都在大力推进新能源产业的发展。中国在新能源产业方面发展迅速，但同时也面临着严峻的挑战。自2011年起，欧美相继对中国太阳能光伏产品发起了4次“双反”调查，辽宁的太阳能产业受到了很大影响，新能源产业的整体发展也受到了很大冲击。辽宁需大力发展新能源产业，通过改进自身存在的不足推动产业健康发展，提高产业的国际竞争力，从而实现国际化发展。
新能源產業被認為是全毬第三次工業革命的覈心，各國都在大力推進新能源產業的髮展。中國在新能源產業方麵髮展迅速，但同時也麵臨著嚴峻的挑戰。自2011年起，歐美相繼對中國太暘能光伏產品髮起瞭4次“雙反”調查，遼寧的太暘能產業受到瞭很大影響，新能源產業的整體髮展也受到瞭很大遲擊。遼寧需大力髮展新能源產業，通過改進自身存在的不足推動產業健康髮展，提高產業的國際競爭力，從而實現國際化髮展。
신능원산업피인위시전구제삼차공업혁명적핵심，각국도재대력추진신능원산업적발전。중국재신능원산업방면발전신속，단동시야면림착엄준적도전。자2011년기，구미상계대중국태양능광복산품발기료4차“쌍반”조사，료녕적태양능산업수도료흔대영향，신능원산업적정체발전야수도료흔대충격。료녕수대력발전신능원산업，통과개진자신존재적불족추동산업건강발전，제고산업적국제경쟁력，종이실현국제화발전。
New energy industry is considered to be the core of the third industrial revolution around the world, and the development of new energy industry is promoted vigorously in different countries. New energy industry in China is also being developed rapidly, while facing severe challenges at the same time. Since 2011 , the “anti-dumping and anti-subsidy” surveys on Chinese solar photovoltaic products have been initiated for four times by Europe and USA one after another, which have influenced the solar energy industry in Liaoning Province severely, and impacted the overall development of new energy industry seriously. The new energy industry should be developed vigorously in Liaoning Province, the healthy development of industry should be promoted through improving the insufficiency of itself, and the international competitiveness of industry should be improved, in order to realize its internationalization development.
