以甘蔗渣为原料,超声波提取多糖,比色法分析,通过单因素试验确定超声提取条件。研究表明,最佳提取工艺条件为:料液比为1:25,在80℃的热水下提取60 min。与传统水提进行比较,缩短了提取时间,提取温度降低了20℃,提高了提取率。

Sugarcane residue is extracted by ultrasonic technology. In this paper, the influence of the operating parameters for the yield is deter-mined by single factor experiment. The optimal extraction conditions are as fol ows:the volume of water is 25 times to material;the extraction process can be finished after 60 min at 80℃for every time;the yield is 0.900%. Compared to traditional extraction, the method has short time of extraction and the temperature is cut down by 20℃. Extraction yield is higher than its traditional method.
