本文以某型产品吊挂为例,研究加工工艺对其疲劳强度的影响,提出工艺改进措施并得到试验验证。结果表明:吊挂根部应力集中是造成其疲劳强度降低并导致裂纹出现的主要因素。改进工艺后,吊挂根部应力集中程度降低,抗疲劳性能明显改善。
本文以某型產品弔掛為例,研究加工工藝對其疲勞彊度的影響,提齣工藝改進措施併得到試驗驗證。結果錶明:弔掛根部應力集中是造成其疲勞彊度降低併導緻裂紋齣現的主要因素。改進工藝後,弔掛根部應力集中程度降低,抗疲勞性能明顯改善。

Based on one type air-to-air missile hanging for example, the processing technology fatigue strength impact was researched. The process was improved and the experiment validation was got. The results show that the hanging roots stress concentration is a major factor to reduce the fatigue strength and lead to lower cracks. Through the processing improvement, hanging roots stress concentration was decreased and the resistance on fatigue was improved.
