研究了三维激光扫描测头的数学模型,构建一种面向现场的三坐标视觉测量系统。其标定方法基于平面自由移动靶标,设计了基于二次曲面拟合的空间几何参数测量方法。实验结果表明在测量范围为900mm×600mm×600mm的情况下,测量误差范围小于0.3%。

The mathematical model of 3D laser scan head were studied. The flexible mechanical system based on field application was established. The calibration was based on the freedom moving plane target. The 3D geographic parameters measurement method was designed. The real experiments show that the accuracy of measurement is less than 0.3% in the measurement range of 900mm× 600mm×600mm.
