目的:探讨高血压晨峰(MBPS)对脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2(Lp-PLA2)与冠状动脉钙化积分(CACS)的影响。方法:高血压患者208例,根据24 h动态血压监测结果分为MBPS组110例和非MBPS组98例,ELISA法检测血清Lp-PLA2水平,多层螺旋CT评价CACS。结果:MBPS组患者的Lp-PLA2水平明显高于非MBPS组(t=2.635, P=0.011);MBPS组患者的左前降支(LAD)、左回旋支(LCX)、左冠状动脉主支(LM)的钙化积分明显高于非MB-PS组(t=2.361、2.183、2.062,P均<0.05)。结论:MBPS可能激活高血压患者心血管系统的炎症反应,并使冠状动脉钙化加重。

목적:탐토고혈압신봉(MBPS)대지단백상관린지매A2(Lp-PLA2)여관상동맥개화적분(CACS)적영향。방법:고혈압환자208례,근거24 h동태혈압감측결과분위MBPS조110례화비MBPS조98례,ELISA법검측혈청Lp-PLA2수평,다층라선CT평개CACS。결과:MBPS조환자적Lp-PLA2수평명현고우비MBPS조(t=2.635, P=0.011);MBPS조환자적좌전강지(LAD)、좌회선지(LCX)、좌관상동맥주지(LM)적개화적분명현고우비MB-PS조(t=2.361、2.183、2.062,P균<0.05)。결론:MBPS가능격활고혈압환자심혈관계통적염증반응,병사관상동맥개화가중。
Aim:To analyse the effects of hypertensive morning peak ( MBPS) phenomenon on lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2(Lp-PLA2) and coronary artery calcification score (CACS).Methods:A total of 208 cases of hyperten-sion under 24 h ambulatory blood pressure monitoring were divided into MBPS group (110 cases) and non-MBPS group (98 cases).Lp-PLA2 was detected by ELISA method .CACS was evaluated through multislice spiral CT .Results:The level of Lp-PLA2 in MBPS group was higher than that in non-MBPS group(t=2.635,P=0.011);the CACS of LAD, LCX, and LM in MBPS group were higher than those in non-MBPS group(t=2.361,2.183,2.062,P<0.05).Conclusion:MBPS can activate inflammatory response in cardiovascular system and increase coronary artery calcfication in patients with hyper -tension.
