目的:探讨上皮性卵巢癌组织中IMP1蛋白及mRNA的表达情况。方法:采用免疫组化方法和RT-PCR技术检测47例上皮性卵巢癌、28例卵巢上皮性良性肿瘤及20例正常卵巢上皮组织中IMP1蛋白和mRNA的表达情况。结果:IMP1蛋白在上皮性卵巢癌、卵巢上皮性良性肿瘤及正常卵巢上皮组织中的阳性表达率分别为85.1%、32.1%及10.0%,IMP1 mRNA 在上述3种组织中的相对表达量分别为(0.652±0.067)、(0.120±0.013)、(0.085±0.011)(χ2=39.239,F=990.674,P均<0.001);且上皮性卵巢癌组织中IMP1蛋白阳性表达率、mRNA相对表达量均高于其他2种组织(P均<0.001)。不同FIGO分期和组织学分级的上皮性卵巢组织中IMP1蛋白的阳性表达率比较,差异有统计意义(χ2校正=5.645、4.365,P均<0.05)。上皮性卵巢癌组织中IMP1蛋白与mRNA表达呈正相关(rS=0.869,P<0.001)。结论:IMP1可能参与卵巢癌的发生发展过程。

목적:탐토상피성란소암조직중IMP1단백급mRNA적표체정황。방법:채용면역조화방법화RT-PCR기술검측47례상피성란소암、28례란소상피성량성종류급20례정상란소상피조직중IMP1단백화mRNA적표체정황。결과:IMP1단백재상피성란소암、란소상피성량성종류급정상란소상피조직중적양성표체솔분별위85.1%、32.1%급10.0%,IMP1 mRNA 재상술3충조직중적상대표체량분별위(0.652±0.067)、(0.120±0.013)、(0.085±0.011)(χ2=39.239,F=990.674,P균<0.001);차상피성란소암조직중IMP1단백양성표체솔、mRNA상대표체량균고우기타2충조직(P균<0.001)。불동FIGO분기화조직학분급적상피성란소조직중IMP1단백적양성표체솔비교,차이유통계의의(χ2교정=5.645、4.365,P균<0.05)。상피성란소암조직중IMP1단백여mRNA표체정정상관(rS=0.869,P<0.001)。결론:IMP1가능삼여란소암적발생발전과정。
Aim:To detect the expression of IMP 1 in epithelial ovarian cancer tissue .Methods:The IMP1 protein and mRNA expression levels in 47 cases of epithelial ovarian cancer ,28 cases of benign ovarian disease and 20 cases of normal o-varian were respectively measured by immunohistochemistry and RT-PCR.Results:There were significant differences in the expressions of IMP1 protein and mRNA in three kinds of epithelial ovarian tissue [85.1%,32.1%,10.0%,χ2 =39.239,P<0.001;(0.652 ±0.067),(0.120 ±0.013),(0.085 ±0.011),F=990.674,P<0.001], and the expressions of IMP1 pro-tein and mRNA in epithelial ovarian cancer tissue were higher than those of the other two kinds of tissue (P<0.001).The expression in epithelial ovarian cancer tissue was associated with FIGO staging and histological grading (χ2adjust =5.645,4.365, P<0.05).The IMP1 protein expression was positively related with IMP 1 mRNA expression in epithelial ovarian cancer tissue (rS =0.869,P<0.001).Conclusion:IMP1 may be involved in the progress of epithelial ovarian cancer .
