目的:利用血管回声跟踪( ET)技术评价头颈部肿瘤患者放疗后颈总动脉弹性。方法:分别纳入38例头颈部肿瘤放疗患者(观察组)与38例头颈部肿瘤未接受放疗患者(对照组),用ET技术检测患者颈总动脉弹性指标[包括僵硬系数(β)、压力应变弹性系数(Ep)、顺应性(AC)、扩大指数(AI)、脉搏波传播速度(PWVβ)]和颈总动脉内-中膜厚度( IMT),比较两组患者颈总动脉弹性指标和IMT的差异。结果:观察组患者左右两侧颈总动脉β、Ep、AI和PWVβ高于对照组,差异有统计学意义( t=3.956和4.215,10.242和8.831,4.382和3.442,3.761和4.679,P<0.001);左右两侧颈总动脉AC低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.671和4.962,P<0.001)。两组患者IMT比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:ET技术可早期发现头颈部肿瘤放疗患者颈动脉损伤,为临床干预提供了依据。

목적:이용혈관회성근종( ET)기술평개두경부종류환자방료후경총동맥탄성。방법:분별납입38례두경부종류방료환자(관찰조)여38례두경부종류미접수방료환자(대조조),용ET기술검측환자경총동맥탄성지표[포괄강경계수(β)、압력응변탄성계수(Ep)、순응성(AC)、확대지수(AI)、맥박파전파속도(PWVβ)]화경총동맥내-중막후도( IMT),비교량조환자경총동맥탄성지표화IMT적차이。결과:관찰조환자좌우량측경총동맥β、Ep、AI화PWVβ고우대조조,차이유통계학의의( t=3.956화4.215,10.242화8.831,4.382화3.442,3.761화4.679,P<0.001);좌우량측경총동맥AC저우대조조,차이유통계학의의(t=4.671화4.962,P<0.001)。량조환자IMT비교차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。결론:ET기술가조기발현두경부종류방료환자경동맥손상,위림상간예제공료의거。
Aim:To assess the effect of echo-tracking technology in evaluating the common carotid artery elasticity in patients with head and neck tumor after radiotherapy .Methods: A total of 76 cases were allocated into two groups: the therapy group including 38 patients with head and neck tumor after radiotherapy and the control group including 38 patients with head and neck tumor without radiotherapy .Echo-tracking technology was used to evaluate the carotid elastic indexes [the stiffness parameter(β), pressure-strain elastic modulus(Ep), arterial compliance(AC), augment index(AI), and pulse wave conducting velocity ( PWVβ) ] and carotid artery intima-media thickness ( IMT) .Results:β,Ep,AI,and PWVβin the therapy group were significantly higher than those in control group on both sides of the common carotid artery ( t=3.956 and 4.215,10.242 and 8.831,4.382 and 3.442,3.761 and 4.679,P<0.001).Compared with control group , the therapy group had lower AC(t=4.671 and 4.962, P<0.001).There was no difference in IMT between the 2 groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Echo-tracking technique is a feasible way to discover the early radiation damage of carotid artery in patients with head and neck tumor after radiotherapy and provide basis for clinical treatment .
