For the impoverished undergraduates after graduation, most of them work in the small and medium-sized private enterprises. Personal economic conditions have improved significantly. Their overall quality level had a great influence on employment and development. Strengthen the spiritual support and help to improve their comprehensive quality will be conducive to promote their employment competitive-ness and sustainable development in the future.
