沧州地处黑龙港流域,黑龙港地区地下水超采严重,河北省对地下水超采综合治理提出了明确要求,2017年沧州深层承压水基本停采。为满足生产生活需要、弥补水源不足,可采取的措施有:充分利用地上水;调整种植结构,减少灌溉用水;采取工程节水措施;管理节水措施;充分利用浅层微咸水;农业节水措施及化学节水措施等。

Heilonggang area over exploitation of groundwater,the explicit requirements was proposed on the comprehensive management of the groundwater of Hebei Province. Deep confined water in Cangzhou mining stopped by 2017.In order to meet the need of production and life, and compensate for the lack of water, we can take some measures:make full use of groundwater, the adjustment of planting structure, decrease irrigation water, take engineering measures for water saving, management of water saving measures, make full use of the shallow brackish water, agricultural water saving measures and chemical water-saving measures.
