Based on situations of Fengyang, flood control ability is analyzed and then flood control problems are pointed out at present. At last, the thinking of urban flood control layout is put forward that considers synthetically river dike regu-lation、detention basin layout、gate dam construction and danger control and reinforcement of reservoirs.
