首先对铸态AZ91D镁合金进行固溶处理,然后通过直径φ6 mm、φ10 mm和φ20 mm的钢球对其进行表面机械研磨强变形处理。采用光学显微镜( OM)、透射电镜( TEM)以及高分辨透射电镜( HRTEM)等表征了AZ91D镁合金表面强变形微观结构。结果表明:表面机械研磨处理后,AZ91D镁合金组织发生明显变化,表层最细晶粒尺寸可达20 nm,变形层组织呈梯度变化,钢球直径对表层机械研磨处理试样组织影响明显,小径钢球晶粒细化效果不明显,大径钢球则不能覆盖整个处理表面。
首先對鑄態AZ91D鎂閤金進行固溶處理,然後通過直徑φ6 mm、φ10 mm和φ20 mm的鋼毬對其進行錶麵機械研磨彊變形處理。採用光學顯微鏡( OM)、透射電鏡( TEM)以及高分辨透射電鏡( HRTEM)等錶徵瞭AZ91D鎂閤金錶麵彊變形微觀結構。結果錶明:錶麵機械研磨處理後,AZ91D鎂閤金組織髮生明顯變化,錶層最細晶粒呎吋可達20 nm,變形層組織呈梯度變化,鋼毬直徑對錶層機械研磨處理試樣組織影響明顯,小徑鋼毬晶粒細化效果不明顯,大徑鋼毬則不能覆蓋整箇處理錶麵。
수선대주태AZ91D미합금진행고용처리,연후통과직경φ6 mm、φ10 mm화φ20 mm적강구대기진행표면궤계연마강변형처리。채용광학현미경( OM)、투사전경( TEM)이급고분변투사전경( HRTEM)등표정료AZ91D미합금표면강변형미관결구。결과표명:표면궤계연마처리후,AZ91D미합금조직발생명현변화,표층최세정립척촌가체20 nm,변형층조직정제도변화,강구직경대표층궤계연마처리시양조직영향명현,소경강구정립세화효과불명현,대경강구칙불능복개정개처리표면。
Firstly,as cast AZ91D magnesium alloy was annealed by solid solution and then severe plastic deformed by surface me-chanical attrition treatment(SMAT)with steel balls with diameter ofφ6mm,φ10mm andφ20mm. The surface severe plastic deformed microstructure was investigated by optical microscopy(OM),transmission electronic microscopy(TEM)and high-resolution trans-mission electronic microscopy(HRTEM)etc. The results show that the microstructure of AZ91D magnesium alloy processed by surface mechanical attrition changed obviously,and which was in gradient distribution. The surface grains size reached about 20nm,and the diameter of steel balls has great effect on the microstructure of SMATed samples. The grain refinement effect of small balls are not obvi-ous,however the large ones could not cover the whole treated surface.
