目的：探讨胡桃醌对宫颈癌caski细胞增殖的影响。方法将宫颈癌caski细胞传代培养至对数生长期，分组加入不同浓度的胡桃醌，并设空白对照组，用MTT比色法观察胡桃醌对体外培养的宫颈癌caski细胞生长的抑制作用，光学显微镜观察细胞形态学变化。结果 MTT比色法测定显示，胡桃醌作用于宫颈癌caski细胞后可以抑制其增殖且呈剂量依赖性。结论胡桃醌能抑制体外培养的宫颈癌caski细胞的增殖。
목적：탐토호도곤대궁경암caski세포증식적영향。방법장궁경암caski세포전대배양지대수생장기，분조가입불동농도적호도곤，병설공백대조조，용MTT비색법관찰호도곤대체외배양적궁경암caski세포생장적억제작용，광학현미경관찰세포형태학변화。결과 MTT비색법측정현시，호도곤작용우궁경암caski세포후가이억제기증식차정제량의뢰성。결론호도곤능억제체외배양적궁경암caski세포적증식。
Objectove To explore the inhibitory effect of the Juglone on the proliferation of cervical cancer caski cells. Methods Caski cells were cultured to the logarithmic growth period and were treated with different concentra-tion of Juglone. The inhibitory effect of Juglone on cells was measured by MTT assay and the morphological changes of cells were also observed under optical microscope. ResuIts MTT assay showed that Juglone could inhibit the prolif-eration of caski cells in a dose-dependent manner. concIusoon Juglone can inhibit the proliferation of caski cells in vivo.
