利用区间数理论和时序关联方法对城市路段交通拥挤问题进行了研究。根据城市路段交通拥挤特性和影响因素,在综合考虑城市环境系统对交通运营影响因素基础上,建立了城市路段交通拥挤的时序关联模型。在定义正负理想路段的基础上,给出了关联区间的计算过程,并利用优属度区间对各路段交通拥挤态势进行测定和排序,识别出最拥挤的城市路段。应用结果表明,所提出模型的测定结果能够较好地反映实际情况,可为解决城市交通拥挤问题提供科学决策依据,该测定模型具有一定的应用前景和实用价值。

The problem of traffic jam of urban roads is studied by the interval number theory and the time series relational method.Based on traffic jam characteristics and the influence factors of urban roads,comprehensively considering lots of influence factors of the urban environment system on traf-fic operation,the time series relational model for the traffic jam of urban roads is proposed.Based on the definition of positive ideal roads and negative ideal roads,the calculation process of relation interval is obtained.The priority degrees of urban roads are obtained by interval numbers.The prior-ity degrees of urban roads are used to measure and sort the urban road traffic congestion state.And the most crowed urban road is determined by comparing the relational degrees of the interval numbers of urban roads.The application results validate that the measuring results of the proposed model can well reflect the actual situation.The model provides a scientific basis for solving the urban traffic congestion problem.It has wide application prospects and practical value.
