目的:提高金属网栅的屏蔽效能及可视性能。方法采用纳米复合电镀工艺,将碳纳米管附着在金属网栅表面,并对网栅的微观结构、屏蔽效能、透光率进行测试分析。结果施镀后,金属网栅表面的碳纳米管分布均匀,在10 kHz~1 GHz频段的电磁屏蔽效能提高了3~5 dB,可见光透光率降低了5%,金属光泽有所消除。结论碳纳米管可有效提高金属网栅的屏蔽效能和可视性能。

목적:제고금속망책적병폐효능급가시성능。방법채용납미복합전도공예,장탄납미관부착재금속망책표면,병대망책적미관결구、병폐효능、투광솔진행측시분석。결과시도후,금속망책표면적탄납미관분포균균,재10 kHz~1 GHz빈단적전자병폐효능제고료3~5 dB,가견광투광솔강저료5%,금속광택유소소제。결론탄납미관가유효제고금속망책적병폐효능화가시성능。
Objective To improve the effectiveness and visibility of metal shield. Methods Using nano composite plating tech-nology, carbon nanotube was distributed on the surface of metal mesh. The microscopic structure, shielding effectiveness and visi-ble light transmittance were then tested and analyzed. Results Carbon nanotube was evenly distributed on the surface. The shiel-ding effectiveness was improved by 3~5 dB in the range of 10 kHz~1 GHz. The visible light transmittance was reduced by 5%and the metallic luster was removed. Conclusion Carbon nanotubes could simultaneously improve the shielding effectiveness and the visibility.
