为了改善中部槽容易破损、成本高等问题,对某型号中部槽哑铃销进行非线性有限元法建模,并采用接触的方法分析采煤机在不同极限工况下的非线性运动.通过对比非线性接触变化和力学特性,研究哑铃销与中部槽各自发生高度塑性变形时产生的相互作用.数值仿真结果表明,哑铃销与槽体弧形侧接触部位受到的应力过大,中部槽弧形侧塑性形变量严重.以此建立优化目标,对哑铃销与中部槽的结构尺寸进行数值优化匹配.结果表明:哑铃销轴中段部位半径减小2.0 mm且槽帮弧形处厚度增加30 mm能够有效改善塑性失效行为;哑铃销发生断裂能够对中部槽起到同步保护的作用.

To avoid breakage and reduce cost effectively,a non-linear finite element model for some kind of central groove-dumbbell pin is built.The non-linear motions of the coal shearer under differ-ent limiting conditions are analyzed by contact approach.The interactions during the high plastic de-formations of the dumbbell pins and the central grooves are studied based on the non-linear contact varieties and mechanical properties.The numerical simulation results show that the stresses at the contact regions between the dumbbell pins and the groove curved walls are excessive,and the plastic deformations at the groove curved walls are severe.On this basis,the optimization objective is es-tablished,and the structure sizes of the dumbbell pins and the central grooves are matched by numer-ical optimization.The results show that the plastic failure behavior can be improved effectively by reducing the radius of the dumbbell pin shaft middle section by 2.0 mm and increasing the thickness of the groove curved wall by 30 mm.The central groove can be protected simultaneously when the dumbbell pin is broken.
