目的:提高氟铁酸钾转化膜的耐蚀性。方法通过扫描电子显微镜分析、中性盐雾实验和极化曲线测试,研究氟铁酸盐转化液中加入十二烷基三甲基溴化铵和甘氨酸对钢铁表面转化膜耐蚀性的影响。结果转化液中加入两种物质使转化膜的厚度增加,自腐蚀电位正移了大约42 mV,自腐蚀电流降低了大约1/3,耐中性盐雾时间延长了2倍以上。结论钢铁表面转化膜的耐蚀性获得显著提高。
目的:提高氟鐵痠鉀轉化膜的耐蝕性。方法通過掃描電子顯微鏡分析、中性鹽霧實驗和極化麯線測試,研究氟鐵痠鹽轉化液中加入十二烷基三甲基溴化銨和甘氨痠對鋼鐵錶麵轉化膜耐蝕性的影響。結果轉化液中加入兩種物質使轉化膜的厚度增加,自腐蝕電位正移瞭大約42 mV,自腐蝕電流降低瞭大約1/3,耐中性鹽霧時間延長瞭2倍以上。結論鋼鐵錶麵轉化膜的耐蝕性穫得顯著提高。
목적:제고불철산갑전화막적내식성。방법통과소묘전자현미경분석、중성염무실험화겁화곡선측시,연구불철산염전화액중가입십이완기삼갑기추화안화감안산대강철표면전화막내식성적영향。결과전화액중가입량충물질사전화막적후도증가,자부식전위정이료대약42 mV,자부식전류강저료대약1/3,내중성염무시간연장료2배이상。결론강철표면전화막적내식성획득현저제고。
Objective To improve the corrosion resistance of fluoferrite conversion coating. Methods SEM, neutral salt spray and polarization curve were used to study the effects of DTAB and glycine on the corrosion resistance of fluoferrite conversion coa-ting on the surface of steel. Results The results showed that the addition of DTAB and glycine in the conversion solution increased the thickness of the conversion coating prepared. The corrosion potential of the sample was about higher by 42 mV, the corrosion current density of the coating was lower by 1/3, and the neutral salt spray resistant duration was longer by more than 2 times. Con-clusion The corrosion resistance of steel was significantly improved.
