目的：探讨剖宫产患者的术后护理对策。方法：选取我院收治的40例剖宫产患者，在常规护理的基础上对其行针对性的临床护理干预，并对其术后恢复情况进行观察分析。结果：本组40例患者平均住院时间为（6.8±1.7）d；术后仅1例患者发生伤口脂肪液化现象，但并无感染；且本组40例患者均未发生产褥感染、下肢深静脉血栓形成、产后出血等并发症。结论：给予剖宫产患者针对性的术后护理干预可有效地促进患者恢复，减少并发症，临床效果显著，值得推广和应用。

목적：탐토부궁산환자적술후호리대책。방법：선취아원수치적40례부궁산환자，재상규호리적기출상대기행침대성적림상호리간예，병대기술후회복정황진행관찰분석。결과：본조40례환자평균주원시간위（6.8±1.7）d；술후부1례환자발생상구지방액화현상，단병무감염；차본조40례환자균미발생산욕감염、하지심정맥혈전형성、산후출혈등병발증。결론：급여부궁산환자침대성적술후호리간예가유효지촉진환자회복，감소병발증，림상효과현저，치득추엄화응용。
Objective:To explore the nursing countermeasures of cesarean section patients after operation. Methods:In our hospital 40 cases of patients with cesarean section, on the basis of routine care for the clinical nursing intervention, and the recovery of the postoperative observation and analysis. Results: In this group of 40 patients the mean hospitalization time was (6.8±1.7) d;only 1 patients occurred postoperative wound fat liquefaction phenomenon, but there is noinfection;and 40 patients were not the puerperal infection, deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity, postpartum hemorrhage and other complications. Conclusion:For patients with cesarean section and nursing intervention of postoperative recovery of patients, promote effectively thecomplications, clinical effect is significant, worthy of promotion and application.
