近年来，就业指导课程得到了高校的普遍重视。课程的师资队伍、教学内容、教学方法等方面不断提高和完善，课程效果有所提升。但同时，课程体系也存在着“对价值性目标的忽略”以及“针对性和操作性不足”等问题。探索就业指导课程体系的创新途径，实现课程的“全程化”、“理论与实践的有机结合”以及“课程实践的社会化”，将有利于课程的有效开展。
