医疗纠纷人民调解与诉讼程序之间的关系是医疗纠纷解决机制中的重要环节，二者之间的对接和协调，能够有效发挥各自的优势。根据现行法律规定，医疗纠纷人民调解与诉讼的对接可以从立案前、诉讼中、对医疗纠纷调解协议的审查三个阶段着手。
醫療糾紛人民調解與訴訟程序之間的關繫是醫療糾紛解決機製中的重要環節，二者之間的對接和協調，能夠有效髮揮各自的優勢。根據現行法律規定，醫療糾紛人民調解與訴訟的對接可以從立案前、訴訟中、對醫療糾紛調解協議的審查三箇階段著手。

The relationship between the medical dispute mediation and litigation procedure is the key link in the medical dispute settlement mechanism,between the docking and coordination,can effective play to their strengths. Under current law,the medical dispute mediation and litigation in the docking from establishing compulsory exami-nation before litigation system,perfecting the lawsuit mediation and review of medical dispute mediation agreement three aspects.
