目的：探讨中医治疗肺癌的特点，为提高临床诊治疗效打下基础。方法：对郑州市中医院近三年收治的39例肺癌患者给予中药治疗，并加以分析。结果：该39例肺癌患者经诊治后存活时间均超过半年以上。其中，半年到1.5年的20例，占51.3%；1.5到2.5年的15例，占38.5%；在2.5年以上的4例，占10.3%。结论：该案例说明中医在治疗肺癌方面确实有不可忽视的优势。

목적：탐토중의치료폐암적특점，위제고림상진치료효타하기출。방법：대정주시중의원근삼년수치적39례폐암환자급여중약치료，병가이분석。결과：해39례폐암환자경진치후존활시간균초과반년이상。기중，반년도1.5년적20례，점51.3%；1.5도2.5년적15례，점38.5%；재2.5년이상적4례，점10.3%。결론：해안례설명중의재치료폐암방면학실유불가홀시적우세。
Objective:Discuss the characteristics of TCM on lung cancer, to improve the treatment of lung cancer.Methods:The 39 cases of lung cancer patients were given Chinese medicine treatment in the hospital of TCM in zhengzhou city in the past three years, combined with clinical manifestations.Results:The survival time of 39 patients with lung cancer after TCM diagnosis and treatment are more than half a year, among them, in the six months to 1.5 years, 20 cases (51.3%), from 1.5 to 2.5 years, 15 cases (38.5%), survival time in 2.5 years, there are 4 cases (10.3%).Conclusion:The case shows that Chinese medicine has the advantage of cannot be ignored in lung cancer treatment.
