本文阐述在基层医院构建MINI-PACS的架构及具体实施的过程和方法，并以放射科子系统为例，分析登记列表、技师工作站列表、诊断列表、图像操作的实际运行流程及软件结构特点；概括了系统管理及维护方法。PACS的应用提高了影像科室信息化程度，实现了医院影像信息的共享，提升了工作效率，为医院融合其他医疗信息系统及整体信息化的发展奠定了基础。

This paper expounds the implementation process and methods of the construction of MINI-PACS, analyzes the actual operation process including the registration list, technician workstation list, diagnostic list and image manipulation in radiology department subsystem as an example, introduces the structure characteristics of the software, and summarizes the system management and maintenance methods. The application of PACS improves the degree of image information department, realizes the hospital image information sharing, improves the working efficiency, and lays a foundation for the development of the hospital information.
