目的:探讨呼吸机质量控制检测的原理和方法。方法对呼吸机质量控制检测中的潮气量、呼吸频率、吸入氧浓度、呼吸末正压、吸气压力及电气安全检测中的问题进行分析探讨。结果对上述常见问题及时处理,从而提高了呼吸机质量控制检测的合格率,保障了呼吸机的应用质量。结论对呼吸机性能漂移及时加以纠正,保障了临床应用的安全性和有效性。

Objective To explore the testing principles and methods of quality control of ventilators. Methods To analyze and explore the problems exist in tidal volume, respiratory rate, fraction of inspired oxygen, positive end expiratory pressure, suction pressure of quality control testing and the problems exist in electrical safety testing of ventilators. Results The above problems were solved in time so that the qualified rate of quality control and the application quality of ventilators had beed improved. Conclusion The performance drift of ventilators can be found and corrected in time through quality control so that the safety and efifcacy of clinical application of ventilators can be ensured.
