由于输液泵的工作原理及特点,在质量控制检测过程中的流量检测,特别是超范围流量检测耗费的时间较长。在保证检测准确性的前提下,我们对检测工作进行了一系列实验。通过对实验数据进行分析,对规范中有关超标输液泵的延时检测方法进行了调整,从而减少了大量无效工作时间,提高了检测效率。

Due to the working principle and characteristics of infusion pump, lfow detection, especial y the lfow detection which is out of the scope of technology standard would take longer to be ifnished in the detection process of infusion pump quality control. Based on the original detection accuracy, a series of experiments were conducted during the detection process of infusion pump quality control. The detection methods of unqualiifed infusion pump were adjusted by analyzing the experimental data in practical work. Thus the amount of ineffective work time have been reduced and the detection efifciency of infusion pump have been improved.
