本文研制了一种车载式CT快速加温控制系统,实现了CT机在低温环境下的快速启动。该系统通过采用非接触式红外探测器测量CT机高压油箱表面的温度,比较实测温度与预置温度的差异值,利用STM32单片机控制电暖风机的加热,使油箱的温度快速达到CT机工作的最低要求,使得CT机从启动到初次曝光的时间由原先的2 h缩短至0.5 h,有效缩短了CT方舱的准备时间,有利于战时和灾害救援等紧急情况下的急救工作的及时开展。

A rapid warming control system for mobile CT system was developed in order to implement the quick start of CT system under the low-temperature environment. With the application of the system, the surface temperature of the high-voltage generator tank of CT system was measured with an infrared non-contact detector to calculate the difference value between the measured temperature and preset temperature. Then the STM32 single chip micyoco of the system was used to control the heating process of the electric heater so that the temperature of the high-voltage generator tank would rise quickly to meet the minimum temperature requirement for supporting the operation of CT system. Thus the time expended during the process from the device start to the initial exposure of CT system was shortened to half an hour from two hours, which indicated that the system can effectively shorten the readiness time of CT shelter and ensure the timeliness of emergency work during wars and disasters.
