近年来,对V形锥流量计的宣传越来越多,但很多宣传不够科学。为了更好地认识V形锥流量计,以试验数据和原理探讨为依据,从安装所需的前后直管段长度、量程比、压力损失、适用领域等方面对其进行了理性、细致的分析,证实了该产品在生产应用中仍存在许多不足之处。为了更好地使用该仪表,需要统一结构形式,并且进行大量的科学试验,整理有效、科学的试验数据,确定各参数的计算方法,从而使该仪表发挥更好的应用价值。

In recent years, propaganda for the V-cone flowmeters is spread increasingly, but some of its contents are not scientific enough. In order to properly understand the V-cone flowmeters, on the basis of practical data and principle investigation, rational and detailed analysis is conducted from various aspects, including the required lengths of straight pipe front and rear of instrument in installation, range ratio, pressure loss and applicable fields, etc. Thus it is verified that such product still features many shortcomings in productive applications. To better use such instrument, the structural patterns shall be unified, large number of scientific experiments shall be carried out, then to sort out effective and scientific experimental data, and to determine the calculation method for each parameter, thus to make the instrument exert better applicable values.
