某钢厂的加热炉及控制设备由于年久失修,在控制环节采用传统的PID控制直接导致炉内温度不均匀、超调量大、调节时间长、生产效率低。为了克服这些缺点,在加热炉改造项目中加入基于预测思想的控制算法,并将加热控制区由两区改造为三区,同时引入新的控制变量。最后通过实际生产运行表明,该方法能有效地实现加热炉温度控制,在节能减排方面也有一定的效果。

Because of disrepair, the heating furnace and control equipment in a certain steel plant which adopted traditional PID control directly leads to the poor conditions of uneven temperature in the furnace, large overshoot, long regulating time and low production efficiency. In reconstructive project of the furnace, the control algorithm based on predictive ideas is added, and the heating control zones are reformed from two into three, in addition, new control variable is introduced. The practical productive operation indicates that this method effectively realizes temperature control of the furnace, and possesses certain effects in energy saving and emission reduction.
