目前城市供水调度系统以供水生产数据采集监控系统为主要方式,存在数据采集和应用分散、缺乏对供水生产信息进行有效整理和分析的情况,为此开发了一套智能化的供水调度系统。系统统一了底层生产数据接口标准,集成了智能化水力模型分析功能,使海量的供水生产数据转化为供水调度决策依据。系统投入使用以来为供水调度决策提供了科学的依据,实现了城市智能化供水调度的目标。
目前城市供水調度繫統以供水生產數據採集鑑控繫統為主要方式,存在數據採集和應用分散、缺乏對供水生產信息進行有效整理和分析的情況,為此開髮瞭一套智能化的供水調度繫統。繫統統一瞭底層生產數據接口標準,集成瞭智能化水力模型分析功能,使海量的供水生產數據轉化為供水調度決策依據。繫統投入使用以來為供水調度決策提供瞭科學的依據,實現瞭城市智能化供水調度的目標。

At present, the urban water supply and dispatching systems are mainly based on the pattern of supervisory control and data acquisition( SCADA ) for collecting and monitoring data of water production and supply, because data collection and application are in dispersion, the water production and supply information cannot be effectively collated and analysed. Aiming at this situation, the intelligent water supply and dispatching system is developed. The system unifies the interface standard of production data at the bottom layer, integrates intelligent hydraulic model analysis function, the vast amounts of production and supply data are converted into dispatching decision basis. Since the system has been put into operation, the scientific basis and measures are provided by the decision of water supply and dispatching to implement intelligent urban water supply & dispatching target.
