根据二轴纤维缠绕机的控制要求和缠绕工艺,设计了以PLC和定位模块FX2N-20GM为控制核心、以伺服电机为驱动装置、以触摸屏为人机交互界面的PLC控制系统。阐述了系统软硬件的设计与实现方法,并介绍了触摸屏的组态过程。实际运行结果表明,该控制系统自动化程度高、控制精度高、性能稳定、操作简单、交互界面友好,缠绕效果满足工艺要求,具有很好的应用前景。

According to the winding technological process and control requirements of the biaxial fiber winding machine, the control system with PLC and positioning module FX2N-20GM as the control core, the servo motor as the driving device, and the touch screen as the man machine interface has been designed. The design and implementing methods of the system hardware are described, and the configuration procedure of the touch screen is introduced. The practical operation results indicate that this control system offers high automation level and control accuracy, stable performance, user-friendly interface, and easy operation;it meets process requirements for winding effects, and possesses bright applicable prospects.
