In the selection of neutral grounding mode in booster station of wind power station , considerations are mainly focused on the effective restriction of arc grounding overvoltage , elimination of various resonance overvoltage , and con-venience for quick and accurate judgment of malfunctions .These requirements can be met by the low resistance ground-ing mode.However, no specification is available for the selection of such low resistance .Characteristics of the low re-sistance mode are analyzed and practical examples are discussed .
