为维护地区公平,促进人口合理流动,减轻西部部分地区的生态压力,基于全球生态足迹模型分析2010年西部12省、直辖市和自治区(省市区)的生态适度人口,根据合理人口容量概念计算西部各省市区接纳生态移民的潜力。结果表明:2010年西部有10个省市区生态适度人口明显小于现实人口,已经没有接受新移民的生态空间;但依据合理人口容量概念和计算,2010年西部有9个省市区合理人口容量显著大于现实人口,尚有接纳新移民的较大生态空间。

The ecological optimum population and potential to accept ecological migrants of 1 2 provinces in western China in 2010 were analyzed and calculated based on the global ecological footprint model and the concept of rational population capacity to maintain regional equity, promote rational immigration of population and relieve the ecological pressure of part western regions.The results showed that the ecological optimum population of ten provinces was significantly lower than the actual population and there was no the ecological space to accept ecological immigrant but the rational population capacity of nine provinces was significantly higher than the actual population based on the concept and calculation of rational population capacity,which indicates that there is much large ecological space to accept ecological immigrant.
