为节能炉具烤烟烤房的推广应用提供理论依据,对节能炉具烤房的升温速度、平面及层间温差、风速及节煤效果进行了研究。结果表明:与上海理通炉具密集烤房(对照)相比,空载时节能炉具烤房平均升温速度快1.31℃/h,平面、层间温度、烤房风速差异不明显;烤后烟叶(上部叶)上中等烟率及均价略高,但差异不明显;节能炉具节本效果显著,购置成本降低48.7%,安装费用降低64.7%;节能炉具烤房有一定节煤效果,空载时节煤9.76%,满载时节煤达11.2%。

위절능로구고연고방적추엄응용제공이론의거,대절능로구고방적승온속도、평면급층간온차、풍속급절매효과진행료연구。결과표명:여상해리통로구밀집고방(대조)상비,공재시절능로구고방평균승온속도쾌1.31℃/h,평면、층간온도、고방풍속차이불명현;고후연협(상부협)상중등연솔급균개략고,단차이불명현;절능로구절본효과현저,구치성본강저48.7%,안장비용강저64.7%;절능로구고방유일정절매효과,공재시절매9.76%,만재시절매체11.2%。
The temperature increase rate,temperature difference between different surface test points on the second layer,temperature difference between different layers,wind speed and coal-saving effect of the curing barn with an energy-saving stove were studied to provide the theoretical basis for its popularization and application.The results showed that there were no significant differences in the rate and average price of tobacco with the first and second grade,temperature difference between different surface test points on the second layer,temperature difference between different layers and wind speed between the curing barn with an energy-saving stove and CK but the temperature increase rate of the curing barn with an energy-saving stove was 1 .3 1℃/h faster than CK under the no-loading condition.The acquisition cost and installation cost of the curing barn with an energy-saving stove was reduced by 48.7% and 64.7%compared with CK respectively.The coal-saving rate of the curing barn with an energy-saving stove under no-loading and full-loading condition was up to 9 .7 6% and 1 1 .2% compared with CK separately.
