了解钒对藻类生长的影响,为利用藻类监测钒污染水体的环境状况提供参考依据,采用水培试验方法,研究不同浓度钒溶液培养条件下藻类干重、生物多样性及营养元素吸收能力。结果表明:钒浓度在0~1.0 mmol/L,随着浓度的增加,藻类干重逐渐减少,其中,当钒浓度0.05 mmol/L时,比不添加钒的减少22.2%;浓度为0.1~1.0 mmol/L时,比不添加钒的减少84.2%~91.2%。随着钒浓度增加,藻类生物多样性降低,高浓度钒(0.5~1.0 mmol/L)处理条件下,以绿藻门小球藻属藻类为主。在一定浓度范围内,钒抑制藻类对营养元素Cu、Mg的吸收,促进Zn、Mn的吸收。

In order to know the impact of vanadium on algae growth,so as to provide a reference for monitoring vanadium contaminated water by using algae,a water culture experiment was conducted to explore the dry weight, biodiversity and nutrient absorbing ability of algae cultured in various concentrations of vanadium.Results:Dry algae weight gradually decreased with vanadium concentration increasing in the range of 0~1.0 mmol/L,which was 22.2% lower than the control when vanadium concentration was 0.05 mmol/L. And the dry weight decreased by 84.2% ~ 91.2% when the concentration ranged in 0.1~1.0 mmol/L.The biodiversity decreased with vanadium concentration increasing.Chlorella species were the dominant algae when treated with 0.5~1.0 mmol/L vanadium;In a certain range,vanadium inhibited Cu and Mg uptake and promote Zn and Mn uptake.
