为了探明钼肥对烤烟品种南江3号品质的改善作用,采用田间试验研究了钼肥喷施量对南江3号烟叶外观油分、表征化学物质、常规化学成分和香气成分品质指标的影响。结果表明:南江3号烟株喷施80 mL/667m2和160 mL/667m2钼肥后,其外观油分为“多”档次的烟叶分别比 CK高11.3和12.7百分点,“有”档次的烟叶分别比CK高9.5和9.3百分点,差异均达显著水平;烟叶表征化学物质中的高级脂肪酸含量分别比CK高23.34%和13.29%,多元酸含量分别比CK低17.33%和17.55%,西柏三烯类总量分别比CK高21.44%和23.39%;烟叶常规化学成分中的总糖含量分别比CK高8.50和4.25百分点,还原糖含量分别比CK高6.88和3.78百分点,总氮含量分别比 CK低0.36和0.24百分点,烟碱含量分别比 CK低0.20和0.21百分点,蛋白质含量分别比CK低1.47和1.28百分点,钾元素含量分别比 CK高0.18和0.21百分点;烟叶香气成分中的中性香气成分总量分别比 CK增加8.09%和4.85%,酸性香气成分总量分别比CK增加5.65%和13.16%,且以中性香气成分中的茄酮含量增加最多,分别比 CK 增加50.45%和81.66%。因此,喷施钼肥可改善南江3号烤烟品种的烟叶品质,综合考虑生产成本和经济效益,建议生产上的喷施量为80 mL/667m2。

In order to explore the improvement effects of molybdenum fertilizer on flue-cured tobacco Nanj iang 3 ,a field test was conducted to study the effects of spraying amount on the oil content,chemical substances,routine chemical components and aroma components.Results:After spraying 80 mL/667 m2 and 160 mL/667 m2 molybdenum fertilizer,the“abundant”grade apparent oil was higher than CK by 11. 3 and 12.7 percents respectively,and the “have”grade was 9.5 and 9.3 percents higher than CK separately,and the difference was significant;higher fatty acid was higher than CK by 23.34% and 13.29% percents respectively,polybasic acid was lower than CK by 17.33% and 17.55%,total cembra-triene matter was increased by 21.44% and 23.39%;total sugar content was higher than CK by 8.50 and 4.25 percents,reducing sugar content was 6.88 and 3.78 percents higher than CK,total nitrogen content was 0.36 and 0.24 percents lower than CK,nicotine content was 0.20 and 0.21 percents lower than CK, protein content was 1.47 and 1.28 percents lower than CK,K content was 0.18 and 0.21 percents higher than CK;neutral aroma component was higher than CK by 8.09% and 4.85%,acid aroma was 5.65% and 13.16% higher,solanone increased the most,50.45% and 81.66% higher than CK.Consequently, spraying molybdenum fertilizer could improve the quality of Nanjiang 3,80 mL/666.7 m2 molybdenum fertilizer was suggested to use in production after comprehensively considering the production cost and economic benefit.
